In case of rejection of your application, we will ensure that your personal data is securely destroyed after its intended purpose has been fulfilled. We will use appropriate methods to ensure that your personal data is irretrievably deleted, making it impossible for it to be viewed or recovered
On the expiry of the applicable data retention periods, we will delete it securely, or in some cases anonymize it.

2.8 Who Do We Share Your Personal Data With?

- To assess job knowledge and psychometrics and background checks for the job applicants applying for a Managerial position or the above.
- To provide access to our outsourced HR Team.
- To inform the recruitment agency of your selection/shortlisting.
These third parties are only permitted to use your personal data to the extent necessary to enable them to provide their services to us. They are required to follow our instructions and to comply with appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.
We share your personal data with our affiliate companies, for purposes including but not limited to facilitating business operations services and marketing (where you have provided your consent to do so).
(Note: Affiliate refers to any individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other legal entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party to an agreement.
