Purpose of the Job
Manage the warehouse operation to ensure the continuous supply of the parts at the right time, to the right place with reasonable cost and right quantity and ensure attractive and safe operation at Central Parts Warehouse (Jeddah or Riyadh) through close monitoring

Major Activities
Manage the implementation of Toyota Production System (TPS) in the Warehouse operation to ensure the continuous supply of parts at the targeted level by adhering to the process and procedures thereby improving business productivity
Implement the department strategic plan and annual action plan to be able to formulate the department budget in order to support and reduce the operational costs.
Coordinate with Inventory Department to ensure the process in receiving the supply is as per the targeted time frame and to monitor the stock situation and the conduct of stock taking is within the approved procedures.
Manage the knowledge transfer to Warehouse associates and implement the succession plans to improve associates satisfaction and productivity.
Close coordination with ESSR Department in maintaining the safety of the warehouse operation and to ensure that the stocks are secured and safe in Warehouse.
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing departments for sales campaigns and other common activities to improve sales.
Develop, control and monitor resources skill mix in order to absorb any fluctuation in job mix with minimum down time and ensures and harmonizes best flow of manpower, vehicles, parts, documents and others that best fits the work load and job mix.
Monitor the sections KPIs and set the new targets for each section and institute control of the operation cost as per approved company policies and procedures.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Management or equivalent discipline
