Purpose of the Job

  • Assist in the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by delivering sales strategies.
  • Adheres to the company mission, vision and values by following the application of a standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for the delivery of the specific portfolio goals by direct engagement with customers to achieve targets as required by the specific portfolio

Key Accountabilities: Description

  • Responsible for the assigned monthly target sales achievement (Toyota and Accessories)
  • Responsible for completing the assigned product knowledge and soft skills training courses
  • Responsible for a proactive guest complaints’ Resolution and satisfaction
  • Responsible for complying with Sales and Compliance SOPs
  • Responsible for Delivering the vehicle on time to guest

Major Activities

  • Process inquiries, quoting standard prices, delivery information and other standard correspondence related to complaints, deliveries, terms, order changes, service and related matters to close the negotiation initiated by the sales team
  • Executes daily sales activities and efficient sales process by engaging and coordinating business plans determined by the specific portfolio management following the standard sales procedures
  • Performs sales activities to ensure that the specific portfolios of business performances are met by following stipulated action in conjunction with the portfolio management, whenever required
  • Responsible in identifying and meeting customer needs and ensuring customers are satisfied by providing efficient service and recommend products that will best satisfy them through Guest First mindset and initiative and performing essential obligations as per the contract of employment
  • Meet with the Sales Supervisor for updates on product knowledge, resolution of complaints and upgrading of sales strategies through regular discussion and sharing information to enhance confidence and performance
  • Attends dialogue with Sales team to discuss and discuss sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities through regular team meetings
  • Receives customer complaints that require support from the Sales team and resolve them immediately as possible to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with Accessories Department on additional accessories requested by customers by following up with the accessory salesman to meet customer needs
  • Coordinate the invoicing and payments process by following to the standard operating procedures in order to complete the transactions in accurate and timely manner
  • Responsible to know the standard of financing to help the customers in making arrangements for loans or payments and ensuring that payments are completed and timely processed
  • Submits daily sales performance report to the Sales Supervisor for consolidation, review and appropriate action of the business portfolio management
  • Send vehicle registration form and invoice to Sales Coordinator to expedite vehicle release to the customer
  • Performs documentation procedures in legal government relation matters pertaining to the sales function by adhering to the prescribed government rules and procedures to minimize legal implications to the business

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum –Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
