Performs repair services and other mechanical works in the Center to achieve targets in areas of customer satisfaction, gross service sales by adhering to the company mission, vision and values and applying the standard operating procedures.

Major Activities
- Performs repairs right first time as per customer’s request through proper execution within the promised delivery time and ensure that all customers requests on the repair order are completed to a high quality standard.
- Identify extent of vehicle damage and advise the Foreman of any additional repair items found and consequently informed the Service Advisor for the information and concurrence of the customer.
- Treat customers vehicle and belongings with care by using all protective equipment to maintain cleanliness of the customers’ vehicle (seat covers, floor mats, fender covers) and return the vehicle in a clean condition thereby improving customer satisfaction.
- Executes the center after sales responsibilities (i.e. vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance) to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication and supervision of the Team Leader.
- Receives and understand technical information, service bulletins and daily functional activities from the Team Leader through regular meetings and updates in order to enhance technical skills and achieve smooth after sales business operations.
- Deliver service achievements by supporting and assisting center after sales marketing campaigns, promoting center Kaizen activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve set center targets.
- Executes assigned activities according to the company’s standard operating procedures through coordination with the center service teams in achieving pre-determined center operational targets.
- Maintains an adequate inventory of Technicians hand tools to meet the service and repair requirements and carry out service and repairs with zero comebacks to achieve monthly productivity targets as set by the Service Manager.
- Performs the suitable use of all the service facilities, tools and equipment to ensure that the Service Center are operating in accordance to the policies related to safety, welfare, integrity and branding image of the company.
- Clock-on to personal time card upon arrival and off upon departure by maintaining accurate clocking practices by clocking on and off every repair order.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times including the workshop by keeping the area clean and tidy at all times in accordance to company’s policy in environment safety.

Minimum – High School or Equivalent
Minimum Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in Service
