Purpose of the Job
Manage and coordinate with Government Authorities for all Technical Regulations/Standards and all very significant issues along with ALJ & TMC.
Key Accountabilities: Description
Handling/tracking the significant and serious issues for our product in ALJ to keep a good image of Toyota and ALJ brand along with government authorities
Conduct periodical meetings/visits to the related Government authorities to strengthen the relationship and keep updated with new regulations and to have insight over new government projects
Obtain all Technical regulations, international/local standards and relevant guidance documents and provide interpretive assistance
Support education events activities with govt to reduce the gap and transfer know how about Automotive sector

Major Activities
Provide full support to TMC in their product concern, challenges, discussion and meetings with government authorities.
Support and guide all ALJM business units and centers on how to comply and mitigate the risk of sudden laws, regulations, notifications from government.
Participate in internal or external audits from Govt. (ZATCA, MOC, GAC …etc.) which might have impact on ALJ business.
Organize and implement activities to enhance the communication with government authorities related to our major projects (CAFÉ, Spare Parts, EV ... etc.).
Enhance the presence of ALJM and influencing Govt. and Public Sectors initiatives through major education events. Development of unconventional tools and methods of building strong business bases with government sectors (Kaizen Activities)
Provide the relevant information, insights from EAD sources and networks to support Operations understand and new Government Directions and Regulations.
Promoting the Hydrogen and FCEV project in KSA by pushing govt. to issue the required regulation and exemption for our FCEV models.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical, Industry or electrical Engineering)
Minimum Experience
3 years in related field
