Purpose of the Job
The Sales Supervisor serves as a vital link between the Sales Manager and Sales Advisors, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and operational efficiency. The role is focused on supporting and assisting the team in achieving monthly sales target by overseeing day-to-day activities, providing guidance, and facilitating effective collaboration. Additionally, the Sales Supervisor is responsible for preparing essential supporting documents, generating accurate reports and charts, and ensuring that all sales processes are executed effectively and align with organizational goals
Key Accountabilities: Description
Achieve lead generation and contract closure targets by effectively supervising the sales process
Ensure sales pipeline growth by training, supporting, and monitoring the performance of the government sales team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government decision-makers to enhance business opportunities
Successfully negotiate and close contracts with government agencies while ensuring compliance with procurement regulations
Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement

Major Activities
Oversee and guide the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups to ensure a consistent and healthy sales pipeline
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations for Sales Specialists to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with sales objectives
Establish and maintain strong relationships with government decision-makers through frequent meetings, proactive communication, and tailored solutions
Lead negotiations with government agencies by preparing Financial and Technical proposals, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and securing favorable contract terms
Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve sales outcomes
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market trends
Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions for reporting and compliance purposes
Analyze potential government tenders, summarize key details, and provide insights to the department head for informed decision-making
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required equipment for government sales contracts

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Minimum Experience
- 5 years of experience at least 3 years in ALJM preferably sales
- Advanced knowledge in Government procurement process
