Purpose of the Job
Plan and execute UCD fleet sales operations for the designated portfolio by implementing sales tactics to guarantee alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values through oversight of standard operating procedures; responsible for attaining portfolio objectives by guiding the UCD fleet sales team towards meeting specified targets for the portfolio

Major Activities
Develop and implement effective fleet sales strategies and tactics
Preparation and implementation of Annual Business Plan
Negotiate and close agreements with large b2b customers and ensure customer retention
Identify new potential b2b customers and new market opportunities that would support the fleet sales department
Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and project sales figures / sales forecast
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Manage the fleet sales team activities to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication.
Special sales focus on liquidation of slow-moving stocks – if any
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with the fleet customers’ needs
Collaborate with the CRM to ensure high conversion rates from fleet leads
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop fleet sales campaigns and programs

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is the minimum requirement. Related majors: Management
