Purpose of the Job
Working with other service operations members in the region to provide technical support for the service network. Contributing to overall customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance on technical issues to the service outlets in the region and Toyota & Lexus products quality by recognizing and reporting emerging technical and product quality concerns to TSO & to be reported to TMC, also is working/supporting with all government report such as MCI & Courts.

Major Activities
Support warranty group in providing necessary information through justifying the warranty repair claims requested by TMC to avoid warranty repair claim rejection
Support service centers in conducting Customer's Recall Campaign, Service Technical information, Diagnostic Center activities, EDER (Early Detection & Early Resolution) activities
Support TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation) , TMNA (Toyota Motor North America) , TMMIN (Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia), TMT (Toyota Motor Thailand) , TK (Toyota KUOZUI) & TKM (Toyota Kirloskar Motor) team visits and GO & See activities.
Support service centers in investigating Vehicle Fire Hazard or Collision complaints to provide Test Vehicle Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports to Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC).
Updates Service centers on newly issued Technical Information or Recall Campaign information from TMC.
Conduct/Attend performance discussion with the line manager, On a monthly basis, according to the standard through open discussion to establish Associate's development and Performance Awareness and make development plan
Provide field technical training to service centers associates thru facilitating, technical support and guide technicians on proper repair procedures and technical failure information and issue Field Technical Report (FTR) to TMC also he develop a training material when needed
Conduct Vehicle Endurance Testing in the kingdom for product improvement activities to ensure quality repair by providing Service Manuals, proper repair procedures and service hints to the service centers
Support with all government technical reports to review/prepare it from the technical perspective such as MCI & courts.
Support All Technical Investigation at field to conduct Go & See for the investigation & prepare the report. such as Fire Hazard & accident report.

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma degree in mechanical/electrical power or associates degree in automotive-related field (SJAHI graduate)
Minimum Experience
2 to 5 Years in Automotive Industry
