Responsible of Managing and monitoring the administrative roles of an organizational unit including Travel and Purchasing functions

Major Activities

Responsible for day-to-day transactions related to center engagement event activities for requests across the department in the center and as well as Purchasing, provide procurement services within the center and remote areas by detailing with all units, providing the necessary orientation for associates, providing consolidated purchasing requisitions in a timely manner

Visiting government sectors such as civil defense - municipality - ministry of commerce to obtain necessary licenses and permits

Monitoring all center construction and maintenance projects and coordinating with the projects department

Responsible for center fixed assets (Maintenance- purchasing- assets inventory)

Supervise and coordinate with safety and security Co

Manage contractors’ administration requests, manpower, Agency contracts

Approves/authorizes expenditures or actions for administrative operational needs based on the manual of authority, and escalate matters requiring higher approval and signature

  • The job requires advanced knowledge of the higher education administrative system and related business principles
  • The job holder has a direct impact over managing transaction requests coming across the departments for engagement activities hospitality, purchasing request
  • The job holder manages all contractors related issues

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years with 4 years in management role
