Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this job is to develop and execute the social media strategy for all ALJM Toyota and Toyota Service platforms.
In addition to that, Manage and supervise all ALJ motors social media accounts, manage all social media content like posts, videos, reels and supervise the social community, also manage, and supervise social media influencers, increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives
Key Accountabilities: Description
Ensure that always-on presence to improve Brand TOM (Top of mind) recall
Continue with the focus on a female audience, including "Women" as an integral part of our mainstream communication
Strengthen connection with the "Youth" and engagement with the brand through communication activities
Manage fan community management strategy to support fighting fake news
Execute corporate social responsibility communication strategy focusing on relevant areas of Sustainable Development Goals / Environmental, Social and Governance SDGs/ESGs

Major Activities
Planning and developing social media campaigns & social media monthly, quarterly content
Providing FAQs to our supplier (the community managers) and they engage with the public customers, if there any question out of the FAQs sheets the agent should provide the question to us and we provide him the right answer after we investigate internally with the business units (customer service or retails).
Develop yearly social media strategy for all channels.
Plan and manage the car event launch content.
Launch campaign via different channels and monitor the performance of the campaign and getting the results
Enhance and develop plans to increase the number of audience and community by using trend conversation via the social channels
Manage and develop partnership content with the social media influencers.
Use tools such as DataEQ, Hootsuite, Sprout or any other social media marketing tools

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations (PR) or a relevant field
Minimum Experience
10 years in the social media management
