Purpose of the Job
Selling conversion products and services using solid technical expertise for arguments to prospective customers. Responsible for coordinating with internal marketing and sales divisions i.e. retail & fleet, as well as directly engaging with customers, to promote and support sales efforts with in-depth technical knowledge of conversion products.
Key Accountabilities: Description
1- Meeting or exceeding conversion sales goals.
2- Act as the technical point of contact for sales activities related to conversion vehicles.
3- Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct customers, fleet operators, and government clients

Major Activities
Present, promote and sell conversion products/services using solid technical guidance for arguments to existing and prospective customers
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Establish conversion new business, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Collect customer feedback and market trends and communicate them to conversion Engineer & related stake holders.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Consistently achieve conversion sales goals and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe
Supply management with reports on conversion customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback and collect data as per market demand and customer’s needs.
Monitor competitors’ products and provide insights on positioning and differentiation.
Folow-up SASO requirements, & local market needs and regulatory requirements related to conversion vehicle
Participating in the selection of suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Electronic, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
Minimum Experience
8 years of overall experience in Automotive Engineering to vehicle manufacturer quality standards
Job-Specific Skills
Experience working with commercial or specialized vehicles (e.g., Utility conversions, Dry Box, Cool
Box, Ambulances etc.), advanced knowledge in Toyota and Vehicle System, Legislative requirements,
Excellent in communication, Time Management & Organizational skills, Problem Solving & Innovation,
PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
The job requires advanced knowledge for Communication skills and technical background
