Key Accountabilities: Description

Major Activities
• Follow up with customers from start of the deal until end including recognizing the customers’ problems by following up in the system all the deals including reservation, transfer, and delivery of vehicles.
• Identifying and meeting customer needs to ensure customers are satisfied by providing efficient service through Guest First mindset and performing essential obligations as per the contract of employment.
• Search about new sales channels using all sales tools to add new & prospective customers on the sales data bank.
• Negotiating with customers with the assistance of the Line Manager of the price, delivery and specifications by providing customers with quotations through accurate and rapid cost calculations of the transactions.
• Coordinates with the Line Manager in arranging field visitations to customers to generate revenue as per the required performance of essential obligations to ensure customers satisfaction and retention.
• Attends dialogue with Sales team to discuss sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities through regular team meetings.
• Submits daily sales performance report to the Line Manager for consolidation, review and appropriate action of the business portfolio management.
• Meet with the line manager for updates on product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information to enhance confidence and performance.
• Receives customer complaints that require support from the Sales team to maintain customer satisfaction by maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and email.
• Send vehicle registration form and invoice to sales coordinator to expedite the release of the car to the customers.
• Coordinate the invoicing and payments process by following to the standard operating procedures in order to complete the transactions in accurate and timely manner.
• Performs documentation procedures in legal government relation matters pertaining to the sales function by adhering to the prescribed government rules and procedures to minimize legal implications to the business.

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma degree or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
1 year experience in Sales or Marketing.
