Purpose of the Job

Business Analyst identify, define, and document business processes and software requirements to developed and enhanced as 
digital/technical product. They serve as a liaison between business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining 
technical objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.

Key Accountabilities: Description

  • Design and Implementation of IT & Digital solutions as per defined priority and business requirements that will result in higher business efficiency, greater savings, and higher productivity.
  • Perform Functional Support for Stream for Level 1 and Level 2 and maintain the SLA KPI on monthly basis to maintain business continuity
  • Prepare SOPs, technical training, documents & guidelines for Stream end user’s support.
  • Design and implementation of an enterprise architecture system by providing appropriate IT solutions to the various businesses to ensure security of information flow and storage across the company.

Major Activities

  1. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for business needs.
  2. Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly.
  3. Contribute to Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule by Collaborating across multi-functional teams.
  4. Ability to manage and work with multiple teams to ensure completion of all required activities in a timely manner.
  5. Identify ongoing and future technology trends relevant to the Stream.
  6. Active problem solving with passion, grit and energy to succeed in the development and implementation of Business Unit strategies, programs and plans for existing and potential businesses. 
  7. Support the team to ensure the delivery of Change Requests, Incidents and Service Requests are maintained in agreed SLA’s.
  8. Contributes to management decisions through pertinent analysis of Stream, Department, and company.
  9. Communicates regularly with Manager and team members on status of own deliverables.
  10. Delivers valuable insights, from business case to blueprinting to go-live, based on previous implementation experience with the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  11. Applies understanding of domain capability integration with other SAP capabilities (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance) and their operating functions.
  12. Promote a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship to junior-level analysts.
  13. Perform the configuration of modules according to the business needs of the clients to facilitate out of box functionality.
  14. Provide monitoring role in order to understand and anticipate trends in their area of expertise, and make appropriate  recommendations in terms of developing best practices for the companycerned agencies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Computer since

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing software solutions (ERP, CRM, digital solutions) or digital solutions.
  • Experience in leading the execution of projects through SDLC and Agile
  • Deep knowledge of automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the enterprise's business operations; expertise in at least one business area (CRM, Sales, After Sales – Service, Finance, accounting, supply chain, human resources).
  • Some knowledge and understanding of the SAP platform and future roadmaps.
