Purpose of the Job
To manage the online/offline advertising responsibilities of the Toyota brand in KSA, responsible for cooperating with the brand communications team in continually enhancing a particular brand image, increasing brand awareness, and providing after-sales support through advertisements, media, point-of sale, partnerships, and relationship marketing. Managing the offline creative and social media agencies with responsibility for both creative strategy development and social media planning
Key Accountabilities: Description
Prepare RFPs & RFAs related to projects/campaigns in alignment with ALJM policies & procedures
Coordinate with an advertising agency in the preparation and execution of media campaigns with the supervision of TMC Management to maintain Toyota's branding image
Ensure the achievement of all projects/campaign objectives mentioned in B&C calendar
Working in partnership with TMO team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print,
digital, and video assets
Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators
No. of submitting RFP’s & RFA’s in comparison with events and period of preparations.
No. of Targeted Campaigns
% of achievement out of the calendar
No. of Challenges and complains from other depts.
Major Activities
Manage the advertising and communication activities for Toyota brand and models by reviewing requests and feedback from the products team and the ongoing communication campaigns
Manage the internal and external communications and conduct monthly campaigns planning activities to monitor sales and marketing activities on a regular basis
Attends department Work-In-Progress regular meetings to review and plan standard communication campaigns, advertising, integration of all communication and promotional activities, and budget updates
Participate in building brand & Communication calendar in alignment with TMO objectives
Participate in communication with MECAD through biweekly meeting
Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and guest lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channel
Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly
Create innovative ways/ideas to achieve TMO objectives

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
Minimum Experience
8 Years in related field
