Purpose of the Job

To oversee and manage the procurement activities, ensuring that procurement processes is carried out smoothly and efficiently and compliance with company’s policy, procedures and SOPs.

Key Accountabilities: Description

Performing procurements processes end to end

Coordinate with all stakeholders to follow up the procurement’s activity

Receive, send, archive, upload, attach, procurements documents as required

Control and monitor complete procurements lifecycle

Major Activities

Support procurements activities for materials/goods and or services requirements across ALJM as per CPD policy & SOPs.

Authority to review and approve all quotations/ proposals more than 10k and less than 50k.

Coordinate with requesters to prepare RFQ/ PR/RFA/RFP for all divisions.

Monitor and control vendor performance through generating specific report and present to HOD

Maintain procurements files and database, and analyze the contents, figures and required reports.

Train ALJ associates and for using procurement system (JS2P)

Train and guide suppliers and contractors to use the procurement system JSAP and the way to complete vendor registration.

Coordinate with suppliers to maintain and develop SLA.

Receive invoices from vendors and prepare letter of settlement through SAP/Manual to park and submit to Concern finance to process payment

Montor payment of all suppliers through coordination between vendors and AP team to sustain active accounts.

Follow up with all suppliers to make sure to arrange the delivery for requested material and P.Os on time.

Review and confirm validity of documents submitted by new vendors for vendor registration and risk assessment

Generate all types of reports through JSAP for business analysis and decision making.

Minimum Qualifications

High Diploma

Minimum Experience

3 years’ experience in related fields

Job-Specific Skills

Hight Communication Skills, Financial Acumen, Time Management, Stress Management

Languages

English Proficiency, Arabic is Highly Preferred

Special Certifications / Membership

Preferred any procurements certification and/or PMP
