Purpose of the Job

• Manage the effective installation of vehicle accessories by providing strong leadership and clear direction toward the achievement of the business plan and maximizing efficiency through the design and implementation of improved production strategies and efficient allocation of assets and resources to meet quality, safety, cost, delivery, and volume and productivity goals of the designated plant.

Key Accountabilities: Description

• Ensure the achievement of the manpower utilization, monthly production fulfilment, quality index, manpower development plan, maintain overall facility condition & assets with related department and assure facility needs of required tools & equipment.

• Arrange & maintain required resources (assets and manpower) to achieve production fulfilment by fixed assets inventory and budget preparation.

• Promote Kaizen activities in plant which are including (QCC, TBP, KIB) and identifying eliminating waste, to improve the overall installation operation

• Maintaining save work environment by following safety regulation, ISO 14001 & safety training for the entire plant.

• Maintaining TMC – C & A Division requirements by following Postproduction Operation (PPO) audit manual

Major Activities

1. Responsible for the complete and consistent management, monitoring and development of the associates through organize the required training in accessories installation and other skill required to maintain strong team member relations and fair work rules

2. Maintain staff attendance and implement established company procedures related to absences, tardiness and performance. Implement the annual training plan of all associates, monthly KPI evaluation, scheduling of vacations

3. Maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) by following regulation of ISO 9001:2015

4. Review & confirm monthly incentive for all plants staff

5. In case of parts failure or defect are repetitive, informs and coordinate with Quality Control (QC) to make the necessary action

6. Communicate with manpower controller to follow – up the related associate requirement issues (Associate Care and Finance).

7. Collaborates with all concerned groups (PIO Planning, Main\sub warehouse and VLD) to address delay in accessory delivery and vehicle availability and resolves the problem to maintain production

8. Responsible for the vigorous and efficient implementation of Toyota Production System (TPS) by improving production methods, safety and equipment performance to improve quality of installation

9. Responsible for maintaining the overall plant compliance to standardize the procedures, requirements and applicable environmental regulations

• The job holder has a strategic role in developing and monitoring the team while developing a succession plan within the department

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors’ Degree holder required, preferably Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

Minimum Experience

3 to 5 years of overall experience with mandatory experience in the automotive accessory installation
