Purpose of the Job

Do the daily plan for operation to insure all customer request will be executed on time , and manage the relation with customer by communicating to them and resolving their problem , in addition to manage their contract in terms of payment and expiration

Key Accountabilities: Description

Overall Customer Satisfaction Ratio ( Based On Monthly Compliance Report ) 

Overall Planning Vs Actual orders ( Receiving , Dispatch , Transport ) 

Vehicle Delivery Leadtime ( Based on Destination  ) 

System Transaction Accuracy

Major Activities

Daily Communication to the operation team to insure all plans to be executed 

Planning for the daily activities ( Receiving , Dispatching , Transport ) to execute customers request 

Insure all plans to be delivered as per the schedule by operation .

Monitor customers orders , by communicating to the operation team 

Immediate report to the customer in case any daily on his request. 

Insure all issues related to the customer has been resolved by the concerned party 

Monitor customers contract expiration 

Monitor credit/ Downpayment balance for external customers through daily finance report  

Visiting the customers to maintain the relation and solving their issues .

Conduct monthly stock count along with the operation team to insure the system is matching physical count

Report to Management in case of any major issues related to operation or customers to resolve the problem 

Communicate with other division in case of any concerns to insure all orders will be delivered on time

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration , Supply Shain management or relevant 

Minimum Experience

5 Years experience in Planning operation 

Job-Specific Skills

Computer Skills , Communication Skills , Leadership Skills , VMS SAP system is preferable

Arabic / English
