Purpose of the Job

The purpose of this position is to provide day-to-day operational support in management of performance management process for all ALJ Motors associates. That includes execution and tracking of the performance management process, providing performance related data analytics, educating associates on performance management systems and processes, and supporting employees and managers in understanding expectations and getting feedback. Lastly and most importantly, this individual is required to protect private data of employee ratings and objectives as per the standard guidelines

Key Accountabilities: Description

On-time execution and follow up of the Performance Management activities in each cycle

To deliver training programs on practicing effective performance management (Below Manager Level)

Track that all new employees are trained and enrolled in the performance management process (Below Manager Level)

Generate reports and dashboards related to performance management activities & status as necessary as per the data confidentiality guideline

Major Activities

Provides assistance and support in the design, development and implementation of high impact performance review procedures.

Drives the execution of the end-to-end Performance Management cycle by ensuring cohesive steps are put in place.

Implements and align associates with the performance management policies and procedure documents.

Executing the approved plan to drive the assigned PM activities (creating awareness, delivering trainings, and process execution) for a larger group of audience.

Regularly deliver training programs and webinars to the associates and line managers for the below manager category.

Rigorously follow-up for closures during different stages of the performance management with perseverance by publishing regular status reports and innovative communication programs.

Work with the PM team to run the approved campaigns to build competencies of line managers and associates (existing and new) on various aspects of the performance management process including performance planning, coaching, review, and feedback in collaboration with other HR functions.

Genba study for real time feedback: regularly meet up with the stakeholders (Below manager category) to collect feedback on effectiveness of performance management process and tools.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resources related field

Minimum Experience

3 to 4 years’ experience in Human Resources, Performance Management, Organizational Development, or related field; or an equivalency that qualifies them to do the work.
