Purpose of the Job
Provide planning & operations support needed to effectively manage BIT aftersales operations in line with the Company vision and mission. Develop & manage department Strategy, Hoshin, Project Plans, SOPs, Digital initiatives, Budget & Incentive schemes to achieve Key objectives and KPIs that creates a competitive advantage for BIT centers to deliver Best in Town Guest Experience. Monitor progress through periodic Hoshin review sessions. Support all Gemba Leaders in making & implementing TPS / TBP projects to enhance Kaizen mindset & culture. Support in achieving Financial & Operations KPIs through efficient monitoring & action plans implementation with strong follow-up.
Key Accountabilities: Description
Hoshin management & monitoring for BIT aftersales
Develop & cascade Project Plans for key initiatives at BIT centers
Develop annual Budget for BIT aftersales centers in close co-ordination with BIT centers & ensure achievement of all Financial KPIs
Manage monthly KPIs reports, financial reports and management Presentations.
Mentor Gemba Leaders in developing & implementing TPS / TBP / SGA projects and also supervise BIT centers to maintain their respective center Obeya & demonstrate progress achieved to Management

Major Activities
Develop department Hoshin & cascade to all Key aftersales management Team & do monthly review
Provide Project Management for all Key initiatives & track achievement of action plans
Develop annual Budget & cascade to all BIT centers (Sales, COS, OPEX, CAPEX, Manpower plan, etc)
Ensure all KPI reports are made available to effectively monitor progress & take prompt actions
Make monthly management presentations & provide update to BIT management on KPIs & Initiatives
Train & Mentor frontline staff to implement TPS / TBP / SGA to promote Kaizen culture
Support all BIT centers to manage & maintain their Obeya activities to effectively present their challenges & success
Manage Incentive & Reward schemes to unleash full potential of Gemba Staff & keep them motivated
Host all key visits & events of BIT aftersales department
Conduct various research & surveys to determine gaps / opportunities in the Market, Guest & internal stakeholder needs
Job Context
- The job holder requires advanced knowledge in automotive aftersales business management
- The job holder has to support in implementation, sustainability & roll out of core BIT activities
- He will be responsible to provide project management for all BIT aftersales projects
Framework, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority
- The job holder has freedom to update & develop SOPs at BIT centers
- The job holder is responsible for Quality & Accuracy of all KPI reports
Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus
This role will focus on monitoring all BIT projects & ensuring all key objectives & KPIs are achieved by Gemba Staff in a timely manner, to achieve the department Hoshin
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Industrial
Minimum Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in automotive aftersales planning & operations
