Purpose of the Job

Execute actions needed to optimize the business performance and ensure achieving the organizational plans while keeping the door open for process Kaizen. Ensuring marketing policies are best valid to meet business needs and goals.      

Key Accountabilities: Description

Monitoring daily operational performance of the sales channels (ALJR, ALJAW)

Drafting, update and obtain approvals of SLA’s, SOP’s, policies for ALJID marketing

Planning and communicating with product managers on product performance

Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators

100% Achieve channels sales plans

100% Submission on time

Meet and Submit 100% weekly reports  

Major Activities

Monitoring / review ALID and sales channels stock on daily bases. 

Monitoring / review product performance in different sales channels.

Updating / obtain approvals for fleet and government support schemes when needed.

Communicate with sales channels person in charges to align TMO needed support to achieve their plans.

Obtain prior approvals from IRC for the needed decisions such as discounts etc.

Follow up with finance to secure approvals for TMO requests such as tactical campaigns, sales incentives.  

Reporting all notice collect from all sales channels, supply, and demand to TMO management on timely manner.

Discuss field visits findings and results with concerned TMO management, sales channels, demand team to agree on further action and corrective measures required.

Communicate effectively with External Affairs department about the updated government regulations to cascade it to the concern teams.

Optimize activity/program processes implementation by improving lead time & output quality

Minimum Qualifications

B.S in marketing, business administration

Minimum Experience

Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing
