Purpose of the Job

Monitor vehicles monthly sales achievement vs plan by channel by building database for strong, centralized Management Information System (MIS) to support ensuring the achievement/overachievement of agreed sales plan by channel and ensure operation alignment through established / proposed KPIs for sales achievement. The role involves periodical interaction with Allocation Managers, Segments Verticals, NDC Operations (VLD, & JACS) & Sales Channels (RTL, FLT, GOV, WSO, & UCD), to highlight good performance and/or concern areas.

Database development from operation to sales plan and achievement

Dashboard and reports creation for operational performance management

Frequent Timely Communication of reports to related parties (Demand, Verticals .. etc)

Major Activities

• Establish/update data requirement for entire Demand Function.

• Work with IT closely to create/update database for the required transaction from vehicles data prior arrival until delivery to EU/Channels.

• Organize and categories report by function (Vehicles Movement, Readiness, Transaction “Allocation, SO, PI … ETC”

• Resolve issues related to reflecting plans and actuals from manual to JSAP.

• Recommend / Align and monitor performance for operation to ensure vehicles readiness for allocation and sales.

• Monitor and report vehicles performance from Allocation until sales/delivery. While highlighting any concern / stagnation in delivery/sales achievement.

• Proper synchronization, coordination and continues communication with related parties (Demand Management, Allocation Managers, Verticals Teams, VLD, JACS PIO, and Channels.

• Seek new ideas of visualizing and easing the performance reports/dashboard, and manual data preparation for demand function mainly,

• Support in automating and digitalizing the demand activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors in IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
