Purpose of the Job

Responsible for creating, managing and monitoring the Marketing Performance dashboard through communicating & coordinating with related divisions/departments to support management in the day-to-day operations, as well providing business analysis to support Marketing strategic directions

Key Accountabilities: Description

Analyze/Design and Generate a dashboard showing the marketing performance

Submitted performance and analytical reports on time. (Sales, Stock, Demands)

Gathering and liaising all the required data and reports from relevant stakeholders for timely submission.

Sustain the accuracy of all the data available in the dashboard

Conducting regular data maintenance

Major Activities

Collaborate with various verticals to understand their data management needs and provide guidance and support in establishing efficient data collection from various sources and optimal retrieval processes to fulfill these needs.

Create and maintain vehicle sales & stock dashboards to reflect the performance and highlight the best utilization for the available stock.

Responsible for the periodic and ad-hoc Reports on TMO Performance to Management.

Provides technical assistance to TMO management in preparing performance reports.

Train and support dashboard users to utilize it effectively and guide them in data extraction.

Monitor and analyze the performance of the dashboard to identify areas for improvement, implement upgrades, and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.

Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data used for reporting and analysis.

Maintain a healthy relationship with all the stakeholders to ensure data consistency.

Gathering the needed information/data from the different sources required to build and feed the dashboard.

Assure KPIs & MIS-related activities/issues are meeting the agreed timeline with all stakeholders.

Prepare and present reports and analyses derived from the dashboard to support strategic decision-making processes

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors in Business Administration, MIS or equivalent

Minimum Experience

3-4 years in Business Administration/ Analysis. preferable with experience in PMO
