Purpose of the Job

• Responsible in ensuring the speedy processing of the guests’ requirements in the Government offices and other agencies to minimize the negative impact of Guests’ grievances and increasing the Guests’ Delight as per approved company policies and procedures

Key Accountabilities: Description

• Achieve Lead Time target on vehicle delivery. Issue report on the status of plates issuance and vehicle delivery. Submission of documents to Traffic Department. Achieve Customer satisfaction

Major Activities

1. Perform the speedy processing of guests’ requirements in the Government Offices and other government agencies like Car registrations and renewals, transfer of ownership, etc. to improve guests’ delight and satisfaction

2. Coordinate with Government Agencies (Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Transportation, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) in accomplishing the requirements in order for the completion of the guests’ requests

3. Inform the guests of the additional requirements and status of the documentation of the requests in order to find solutions to the discrepancies and finalize requests

4. Receives documents of the guests from the Sales Manager or Coordinator for processing to the different government agencies within the shortest possible time in adherence to the prescribed process and procedures of the concerned agencies

• The job holder is responsible in submitting sold vehicles documents to traffic department

• The job holder has direct impact over customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma

Minimum Experience

1 year minimum especially in dealing with government agencies and offices
