Purpose of the Job
The Legal Specialist supports the Legal & Governance Department by providing day-to-day legal advisory, contract management, and regulatory support to the Company.
The role supports compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
The position contributes to minimizing legal risk and supporting sound business decision-making under supervision.
Key Accountabilities: Description
- Timely review and drafting of legal documents.
- Compliance with Saudi legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support corporate governance documentation.
- Regulatory monitoring and reporting.
- Legal support to business units.

- % of contracts completed within SLA.

Major Activities
1- Provide legal support and advice on routine commercial, corporate, and operational matters in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.
2- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, including commercial agreements, NDAs, service agreements, MOUs, polices and procedures and amendments.
3- Ensure legal documents comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and approvals.
4- Support corporate governance and secretarial matters, including preparation of resolutions, powers of attorney, board/committee documentation, and statutory filings.
5- Assist in monitoring legal and regulatory developments in KSA and escalate relevant impacts to the Director.
6- Support regulatory filings, licenses, and interactions with Saudi authorities as required.
7- Assist in managing disputes, claims, and litigation matters by coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
8- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, and document management systems.
9- Prepare legal summaries, reports, and internal memoranda as requested by the Director.
10- Act as a legal point of contact for assigned business units on standard legal matters.
11- Other matters assigned by the Director or the CLGO.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
- Strong Saudi law background (mandatory)
Minimum Experience
1–3 years of experience in:
- In-house legal department, or
- Reputable law firm

- Knowledge of Saudi commercial, corporate, and regulatory laws
- Legal drafting and contract review (Arabic & English)
