Purpose of the Job

To Manage Guest Service Operations – GSO business projects and ensure its alignment and integration with both the company direction and SBU strategy, while maintaining all projects compliance with both ICD and Legal guidelines. Play the role of the GSO Kaizen Representative as a focal point of contact internal, within GSO, and external in front of Kaizen division consolidating and ensuring integration of Kaizen, TBPs, and QCC proposals / initiatives

Support GSO to register projects and get BVR approval, flow up on progress and report to

ePMO and GSO Head

Ensure GSO in complying with all Risk Management, ICD, and Legal guidelines

Coordinating GSO internal QCC and TBP events to select GSO representation in the annual

ALJM Kaizen Marathon

Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators

Major Activities

• 1 Register projects time plan and identifying if it is a strategic or non-strategic project

• 2 Project registration based on BVR, and IRR level (Invest return rate)

• 3 Highlighting and Registering Projects Risks and advise project sponsors to prepare /provide Risk Mitigation plans

• 4 Register Project KPIs (Financial / non-Financial) and the impact of not implementing these KPIs

• 5 Register The Project, time plan, utilization of manpower, members & Sponsor

• 6 Follow up on project progress and justify any time plan changes

• 7 Report GSO Projects progress on weekly basis using Power BI tool and as an analytic tool for dashboard

• 8 Validate with ePMO team the closure of milestones as per the project status /time-plan

• 9 Provide all evidence that supports the project BVR achievement

• 10 Link with EAD and communicate to GSO divisions any new regulations required to be applied by ALJM

• 11 Window role for Kaizen marathon

• 12 Represent in Hoshin alignment within business understanding

• Accepts/reject any project timeline amendment, and/or project BVR/IRR based on ePMO Policy Escalate to GSO head if needed

• Accept/reject any TBP or QCC imitative based policy or based similarity

• Ensure projects are complying with internal policies and /or government regulations if applicable. (i.e. Second cannel

• technician certification)

Job Context

•The jobholder has direct impact over the SBU projects integration and achievement of long, medium, and short-term strategy

with respect to ALJ Motors strategy

• The jobholder has direct impact over identifying projects risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place as well as ensuring BVR

/IRR of projects are in place and registered in the ePMO system

• The jobholder is considered as the focal point of contact with respect to all Kaizen (TBP, QCC) initiatives that represent the SBU

•The jobholder has direct impact over SBU compliance with Legal, ICD, internal and external rules and regulations through

monitoring and emphasizing on all SBU projects compliance

• The jobholder has the freedom to accept/reject projects BVR/IRR based on the guidelines of the ePMO guidelines

• The jobholder as the freedom to accept/reject any changes in the projects timeline based on ePMO guidelines

• The jobholder has shared responsibility to top management to accept/reject, projects /initiatives, not integrated with the

overall annual strategy and/or the initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree, preferable Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Experience

5 – 7 years in business administration, project management, and engineering is preferable
