Purpose of the Job
To act as a business partner by embedding company HR strategy and by providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective to add value to the business
Key Accountabilities: Description
- Support the business in maintaining headcount and manpower cost as per annual budget.
- Support in ensuring engagement action plan delivery.
- Support business heads to develop Performance documents with quality. Support recruitment plan and Saudization plans are meeting government requirements.

Major Activities
1. Ensure applying a strong alignment between HR and business strategy and avoid any gaps between the two directions.
2. Support the business in applying all HR activities related to HR Operation, Rewards, Payroll, Talent Management, Talent Performance to ensure engagement culture and a high-performance.
3. Ensure provide HRBP services to related associates and meet their needs and requests.
4. Work closely with functional or operational managers and provide them with all support needed to assure a successful execution of HR strategies.
5. Enhance overall business performance by assure implementing HR policies and initiatives.
6. Work closely with line managers to implement HR change initiatives and assure providing the assist needed.
7. Communicate and share HR initiatives to build a solid learning culture across functions to assure a continuous improvement to all associates.
8. Ensure creating opportunities for development through career path and succession plans to assure continuous development for all associates.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration
