Purpose of the Job

The Fleet Manager will be responsible for day to day fleet operation , in order to maintain running the operation smoothly , and insure the customer satisfaction

Key Accountabilities: Description

Execute the daily plan of vehicles transport

Fleet Condition overall

On time delivery for vehicles

Shipment Damage Ratio

Maintain The Operation cost

Percentage as per agreed plan

Minimum Down time

Major Activities

Manage day to day fleet operation

Overseeing and coordinating fleet maintenance

Maintain fuel consumption ( Trip destination vs Actual cost of fuel )

Execute the daily plan and monitor the on time delivery for vehicles

Scheduling the routs and deliveries

Insure drivers availability on daily basis

Monitor drivers behavior on daily basis

Develop and train the drivers  ( Loading and offloading of the vehicles )

Comply with Government regulation

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma degree in Business Administration, Supply Shain management or equivalent, Bachelor Degree of business administration or equivalent is preferable

Minimum Experience

8 years experience in Fleet Operation
