  • Supervision for preventive and corrective maintenance for Airconditioning,
  • Supervision of Electrical & Plumbing, Fire Alarm system, Fire Extinguisher
  • Monitor Employee Time Attendance registration device, CCTV Camera

Major Activities

Responsible for IT Networking, diagnosing, repairing, and providing new connections, IT user support, conducting site survey with approved vender from ITD and preparing site plan infrastructure and arranging approvals.

Support to diagnose and trouble shoot any kind of IT network related issues for (Computer, Printers and copy machines Access Point)

Monitoring fire Extinguisher Expiration Date and equipment and reporting to the approved vender through Land Holding

Coordinate with approved vender every month visit to check Fire Alarm system and Fire pumps and Hydrant

Check and following the corrective and preventive maintenance for all window and Split A/c, Electricals, plumbing for all offices and stockyard, following and Preparing Monthly Maintenance sheet schedule

Programming and registration of Time Attendance Machine for Associate.

Identifying the damage shades installed for vehicle in parking area and inform landholding department to replace damage shades, any kind of big size of damage fabric we are arranging to be removing for safety vehicles.

Support to diagnose and trouble shoot any RFID devices installed for Vehicle scanning system.

Minimum Qualifications

Secondary School or Diploma in Electrical

Minimum Experience

3 Years of Experience in Networking and Maintenance related
