Purpose of the Job

Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, enhance operational efficiency, and collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of digitization projects. Playing a key role in data analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making, as well as providing training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of digital solutions.

Key Accountabilities: Description

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall operational efficiency

Participate in implementation of digital solutions to automate and optimize business processes

Work closely with the IT team to plan and execute digitization projects. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, including CRs, defining requirements, monitoring progress and performing UAT

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements. Create meaningful reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present findings to key stakeholders and support data-driven decision making

Major Activities

Collaborate with businesses to identify areas for digitization and process optimization.

Develop and maintain a digitization roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic goals and business impact

Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT teams

Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of digital solutions

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on the impact of digitization initiatives

Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in the operation.

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.

Lead C.R. & UAT activities, ensuring the quality and usability of developed systems and applications.

 Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on the effective utilization of digital tools and systems

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field

Minimum Experience

1 year work experience in a similar environment is required, preferably automotive
