Purpose of the Job

Support the department in developing, implementing, and monitoring projects and activities related to digital transformation; facilitate the organizing of the department’s project activities and responsible for preparation, compilation and monitoring of the department’s KPI reports through consistent follow-up and communication with different business units and stakeholders

Major Activities

Support in the implementation of digital related activities in the organization though project monitoring and reporting aligned with the company direction

Provide recommendations on digital solutions with focus on programs to improve the customer experience through close collaboration with the concerned business units

Provide support to the ALJAW & IB channels in exploring digital solutions to help improve business operations and drive success in digital platforms adoption and execution

Communicate with IT and Digital teams on any issues that arise related to digital activities in the organization to ensure on time resolution

Communicate with the procurement department, external agencies and suppliers to get the best solutions for all the department’s digital requirements

Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary limitations through JSAP system

Generate the E-commerce data every month and share reports to the team and management on regular basis the following month

Monitor the department’s project plans by issuing monthly tracking report to ensure that the plans are implemented and updated periodically

Exercise initiative and independent action by making inquiries, correspondence or responding to inquiries related to digital transformation projects and activities

Organize and facilitate the department’s monthly and daily meetings and issue report (minutes of meetings) to document the activity

Monitor operational expense activities and manage the utilization and closing of petty cash monthly as per the Finance timeline

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or Equivalent

Minimum Experience

3 years’ experience in statistics /data analysis and monitoring / Kaizen Trainings
