Purpose of the Job

To ensure the website and mobile application are updated with latest contents that matches the product specs, while ensuring the website and mobile application are friendly user and free of bugs.

Supports business stakeholders (Marketing, Aftersales, Retail) to identify opportunities for leveraging websites, mobile apps and social media data (all digital touch-points) to improve their business operation

Key Accountabilities: Description

Strategize, optimize, and manage content for the websites through hands-on optimization, including keyword/phrase research, site structure, page construction, content, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) copywriting to keep abreast of industry trends and opportunities.

Implement new content and features to maintain freshness and offer interesting material to attract new and repeat users and to increase average length of the website visit

Plans promotions and offers previews of future programming to encourage frequent visits from the guests.

Provide regular reporting for website and online marketing initiatives, using internal data sources and Google Analytics to administer digital agency and vendor relationship.

Major Activities

Mine and analyze data from digital touchpoints and recommend improvements and optimizations to data elements and data capturing techniques and strategies

Designing, Communicating, and approving the website content with the Brand Managers to ensure it is meeting the business needs before launching the new contents online

Ensure the website and mobile application contents are updated based on business needs with respect to the timeframe of update

Responsible for testing any new feature added to the website and/or mobile application before going live to ensure its feasibility and integration with the current platform to avoid any drop in the services provided to the customers.

Ensure the website SEO is updated for every single page

Managing push notification campaigns as per the business needs

Support other divisions with respect to website designing to ensure meeting ALJ marketing guidelines

Using design tools to update the website and mobile application based on new content required by the business periodically

Assess the effectiveness, quality and accuracy of data sources and data-capturing techniques

Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to test the impact of changes in data-capturing techniques on agreed business KPIs

Use predictive modeling to improve customer experiences on digital touchpoints, lead generation, customer targeting and attribution

Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes

Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field of study required; graduate degree preferred

Minimum Experience

3 to 5 years’ experience in web concept and development in a corporate environment, and vendor communication
