Purpose of the Job

The Digital Marketing Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality visual and digital content that reflects Lexus’ luxury brand values. The role enhances customer engagement, supports campaign execution, and contributes to digital transformation across Lexus Centers, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines.

Key Accountabilities: Description

1- Deliver premium-quality visual content for social media and campaigns. 

2- Provide on-ground coverage during events and launch activities. 

3- enhance social content performance through trend-aligned creative formats. 

4- Support Lexus digital transformation by producing assets for website, e-kiosks, digital screens, and immersive rooms 

Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators

1- Content engagement rate, brand consistency compliance. 

2- Turnaround time and quality of onsite content. 

3- improved reach, video completion rates. 

4- Timely delivery, internal stakeholder satisfaction 

Major Activities

1- Capture high-quality photography and videography for Lexus vehicles, events, and digital channels. 

2- Produce cinematic video content including model walkarounds, campaign films, and social formats. 

3- Develop motion graphics for digital screens, social media, immersive rooms, website and e-kiosks. 

4- Edit videos and images ensuring Lexus-standard luxury aesthetics and brand consistency. 

5- Create platform-optimized content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Lexus digital platforms. 

6- coordinate with agencies to develop large-scale visual assets and campaign materials. 

7- Provide real-time content coverage during Lexus events, activations, and executive visits. 

8- ensure all content complies with Lexus global guidelines and ALJ internal policies. 

9- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements to enhance engagement..

  • The job holder has the freedom to operate in alignment with Lexus global brand guidelines and ALJ governance policies, including recommending creative direction, proposing visual concepts, and coordinating with agencies.
  • The job holder has the authority to approve or decline initiatives in line with defined responsibilities, with final approvals resting with the Head of Digital Marketing

• The job holder has a crucial strategic role in enhancing Lexus digital storytelling to elevate brand desirability and reinforce luxury positioning.

• The job has a crucial supporting role in driving the transformation of customer experience across all digital touchpoints through high-quality creative execution. 

Minimum Qualifications

achelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Minimum Experience: 2–5 years in visual content creation, photography, videography, or digital production.

Job-Specific Skills

Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, motion graphics, professional camera operation, lighting techniques, social media content optimization.
