Purpose of the Job

The Financial Controller – FSS COE, manages the Shared Service Finance digitization and support automation. This role will oversee the optimization of financial shared services through digitization, automation, and process standardization. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and leveraging advanced technologies

Key Accountabilities: Description

Support in developing a financial roadmap and digital finance strategy on shaping the future of finance.

Review of all the financial data on a daily basis and identify the outliers using the latest available tools. Work with the relevant team to resolve the issues and improve the control on the permanent basis.

Support the Designs and implementation of scalable financial processes and policies

Support in Providing comprehensive financial reports, to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Continuously enhance financial processes by automating and standardizing workflows, utilizing tools such as Task Mining and Process Mining.

Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators

Established and executed Digital Finance Roadmap.

100% of resolution of outliers.

Process map for overall digital finance shared services

SLAs for key transactions Service volumes and productivity/FTE metrics for key processes and reporting.

Implementation of new process using Task Mining & Process Mining.

Major Activities

Work as a Project Manager to develop a financial roadmap aligned with organizational goals, focusing on digital transformation across all pillars of finance.

Assist in delivery of cost savings and improved financial control by centralizing and standardizing finance operations.

Support the Designs processes of scalable financial controller that provide high quality, consistent, and scalable finance services across business units.

Assist in preparing and delivering detailed financial reports on Shared Services, including KPIs, service levels, and insights to leadership for Outsourcing & Offshore activities.

Implement and promote the use of automation tools, such as workflow tools, and analytics, to streamline financial processes and standardize workflows across the organization.

Foster a culture of continuous learning by training finance teams in Shared Service on advanced financial tools and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting

Minimum Experience

10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting

 (within the 10 years) 5 years of experience in Big 4 (preferably in different countries)

 Strong experience in process improvement programs using technology ( ML, RPA & AI) & / or  ERP

 implementation experience
