Purpose of the Job
Responsible for identifying the improvement areas, searching for appropriate solutions, evaluating system vendors, preparing feasibility studies, system development timelines and implementation of all IT projects in Demand and supply. This also includes enhancements and improvements in existing demand and supply system
Key Accountabilities: Description
To deploy demand capturing and sensing tool using AI
Oversee sales activities within the pipeline project and evaluation of results
Responsible for System integration and enhancement initiatives
Collaborate and assist in demand planning function
Responsible for supply chain data analysis and preparing management reporting

Major Activities
Liaise with the Fleet, retail, and wholesalers’ sales operations teams to discuss the plan and implementation of cross functional system projects.
Improve function operation efficiency through technologies (JSAP, RPA, etc.).
Responsible for analysis of supply chain data and producing useful reports.
Responsible for Inventory optimization through implementing pipeline project.
Enhance communication and collaboration with other departments (IT, Retail, ALJAW, Finance, verticals, PIO, VLD, CMC)
Responsible for identifying the improvement areas, searching for appropriate solutions and vendors
Monitoring the progress of all ongoing projects through dashboard
Assist in Initiating and Finalize Sales Plan every month for all segments all channels.
Enhance guest experience by collaboration with channels and initiating projects (e.g.: Track and Trace project)
Responsible for sensing market demand, converting into useful information through AI and reflecting into production orders

- With the approval of Demand and supply head, and by evaluating vendor proposal keeping in mind the most suitable solution for the department needs, budget, and overall strategic objective, vendor can be approved or declined.

- The job holder has crucial role in driving digital transformation in the demand and supply department, shaping IT strategy and enhancing the existing system to align with organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications
B.S in Supply Chain
Minimum Experience
Minimum 5 years in Automotive supply chain
Job-Specific Skills
Strong project management skills, system analysis & reporting, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
The job requires knowing how to manage stock healthiness (Level, & Age) and sales achievement
