Leads the development and execution of strategies for lead management and nurturing within the sales funnel to enhance conversion rates, improves lead qualification processes for high-quality lead delivery to sales, and works closely with marketing to ensure lead generation is aligned with business goals and customer expectations

Major Activities
Manage and improve lead capture processes to ensure effective collection of potential customer information.
Develop and refine lead scoring criteria to prioritize and qualify leads more effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Monitor and analyze lead conversion rates to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Implement lead engagement programs to maintain interaction with potential customers
Use CRM data to understand lead behavior and tailor engagement strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports on lead management performance to senior management and suggest improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or advanced certification in analytics or data science is highly preferred.
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, analytics, or a related field. Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and consumer behavior is preferred.
Proficiency in analytics and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), as well as data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
