Purpose of the Job

• Prepare and submit to all Expeditors all shipment formalities as per CMC KPI’s

• Submit all customs duty & Port charges requests to Finance,

• Archiving of covering letter to local shipping agent

• Submitting one original set of each shipping documents in prescribed labelled box files in prescribed cartons to RMD

• E-Archiving shipping documents in CMC Shared Mini Server to attached in FASAH website by CMC Expeditors

• Authorization Letter and Company Registration Certificate

• Documenter prepares E-Payment requests for customs duty and Port Charges requests to Finance with the help of Custom’s Duty & Port Charges. and E-Archiving in CMC Shared Mini Server

• Dispatch WAJEHAAT (Covering Note) to Ali-Reza Co., or other (Shipping Agent) for all shipments obtain Delivery Order for Customs Clearance

• Follow-up with Saudi FASAH customer service in case any conflict

• Prepare renewal of Authorizations annually for CMC Expeditors

Major Activities

1. E-Archiving shipping documents in CMC Shared Mini Server to attached in FASAH website by CMC Expeditors.

2. Documenter prepares E-Payment requests for customs duty and Port Charges requests to Finance with the help of Custom’s Duty & Port Charges. and E-Archiving in CMC Shared Mini Server.

3. Prepare and submit to all Expeditors all shipment formalities as per CMC KPI’s.

4. Submit all customs duty & Port charges requests to Finance.

5. Prepare renewal of Authorizations annually for CMC Expeditors.

6. Dispatch WAJEHAAT (Covering Note) to Ali-Reza Co., or other (Shipping Agent) for all shipments obtain Delivery Order for Customs Clearance.

7. Communicate with shipping agent (NYK) for total number of units and BL.

8. Write Letters to different depts. and Shipping Companies, customs and Port Authorities as and when needed for specifications, special orders, sample cars, renewals of authorizations, customs undertakings and ensure required attestations.

9. Submitting one original set of each shipping documents in prescribed labelled box files in prescribed cartons to RMD.

10. Archiving of covering letter to local shipping agent

Minimum Qualifications

College/Diploma

Minimum Experience

8 years as in a related field in a Customs Clearance Dept.
