Purpose of the Job
The Connected Car Operation Senior Manager ensures a stable running of connected car systems by managing the transition from development to operations with clear processes and documentation. He set up monitoring, handle incidents and problems, and review vendor contracts and service agreements (SLA / SLM). The position requires expertise in planning system updates, migrations, and shutdowns while ensuring continuous performance and reliability. Strong technical and process management skills are expected.
Key Accountabilities: Description
Documenting the Transition Process & Training for Operation Team
Develop one or more visual dashboards monitoring the system behavior
Set-up an Operation Reporting Process
Develop a Ticket Clearing Board for incidents
Ensure high availability of mandatory compliance documents
Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators
100% Completion of Transition Process documentation and related Trainings
100% Completion of minimum “one” visual dashboards every 6 months
Weekly reporting of operation findings and issues
Decrease 20% of total incidents in each release compared to previous release
Maximum 3x findings in audit Report with “low risk”
Major Activities
Ensure the stability of connected car service operation by managing the technical setup and backend systems.
Document the transition process and train the operations team to ensure complete handover with no gaps in knowledge or documentation.
Set up and improve a ticket-clearing system to reduce incident volume through proactive resolution and tracking.
Manage vendor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure fast and reliable support.
Develop and maintain visual dashboards to monitor system behavior, delivering at least one new dashboard every six months for the first 2 years.
Establish a structured operations reporting process to track and communicate findings and issues on a weekly basis.
Regularly check and improve service processes to ensure they are efficient and meet company standards.
Manage compliance documents to ensure high availability and minimize audit findings.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in technical science or equivalent (or a comparable degree).
Minimum Experience
5 to 7 years experience in IT Operation or similar position
Job-Specific Skills

- Experience in Documentation and Reporting
Languages
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong presentation skills
Arabic would be an advantage but optional
Special Certifications / Membership
ITIL or equivalent certification would be an advantage
Business Process Design experience would be an advantage
