Purpose of the Job

Administer the all parts segments in terms of bonus, campaigns and price complaints to produce competitive offerings to achieve estimated gross profit as well as volume in addition to the evaluation of those activities

Major Activities

1. Develop and manage spare parts bonus strategy to recommend attractive offerings which will maintain and increase market share and to achieve the gross profit target for those segments.

2. Forecast short-, medium- and long-term sales plan by segment and to design counter-measures strategies on market threats and competitor’s challenge.

3. Develop and manage the impact of all campaigns proposed by channel managers in terms of volume, discount, cost and business impact

4. Manage costs related to bonuses & campaigns for all segments & channels

5. Generate evaluation reports of different bonuses, campaigns, campaigns monitoring and price complaints

6. Approves & circulates the different bonuses & campaigns activities to all related parties

7. Handle price complaints from all related parties to assure guest delight and negotiate price alterations with suppliers accordingly

8. Evaluate & communicate all sales allowances activities outcomes related to all segments with related parties

9. Manage & conduct different sales allowances effectiveness researches and studies of all segments in short, medium and long term to achieve market shares objectives

10. Study market & competitors’ trends in terms of sales allowances in order to understand & counterattack their strategies

11. Formulate company’s strategy on sales allowances to cater for the right offering at the right time ensuring that adequate data and information are available internally and externally

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
