Major Activities
Coordinate in effective handling of waiting customers by facilitating and speeding up the vehicle delivery process through.
constant follow up with the Stock Yard Supervisor and drivers
Communicate with staff from other department in the organization such as stockyard and vehicle distribution, finance, and
warehouse to expedite vehicle dispatch
Attends dialogue with Sales team to discuss and address sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement.
opportunities through regular meetings
Attend meeting with the Sales team for updates on product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information to
enhance confidence and performance
Use databases or other computerized systems in maintaining updated customer records and vehicle sold not delivered through using live dashboard with standard calculations and report statistics
Coordinate the final invoicing and appian process by following the standard operating procedures to complete the
transactions in accurate and timely manner
Process sales invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced and paid accurately and in timely manner
Performs documentation and legal government relation matters pertaining to the sales function by adhering to the prescribed government rules and procedures to minimize legal implications to the business (applicable to new vehicle and used car operation

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma
Minimum Experience
2 years in sales field
