Purpose of the Job

Accelerate Go AutoPoint network healthy growth by showing shops platform features and explaining  them  the benefits of subscribing to Go AutoPoint network. Build rapport relationship with workshop supervisors

Growth of Go AutoPoint Workshop Network (New Contracts Monthly Signed vs Target)

Go AutoPoint Sales Revenue (Act vs. Target)

Guest Delight Index (Survey Results)

Major Activities

Achieve given targets through building good and healthy relationships with workshops’ supervisors and owners which is considered as a main way to ensure business sustainability & prosperity.

Responsible for identifying and meeting puncture shop clients’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Gather and review all legal documents required for contract preparation such as: permits, licenses, rent contracts...etc.,

Ensure that deal contract and its legal documents are valid, properly signed, and fully complied with Go AutoPoint standard operating procedures set in this regard

Responsible for knowing the details of financing to help the puncture shop clients in making decisions on the cost of joining the Go AutoPoint network.

Meet on daily basis with Sales Manager for review and feedback on puncture shop clients issues, target achievement and participate actively in monthly meeting.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via meetings, telephone calls, email…etc.

Approach and assist prospect puncture shop clients who reach us by any communication mean.

Receive Clients’ complaints that require support from the Sales team to maintain their satisfaction

Propose kaizen ideas and develop Go AutoPoint business and network by applying Toyota Way & TBP

Job Context

  • The job has direct impact over ensuring workshop network growth which is vital for the entire business model’s success.
  • The job holder has direct impact over sales targets, P&L, and Guest Delight Index (GDI)

The job holder has the freedom to adjust his own working time to ensure achieving the set targets (NW growth-Sales)

The job holder shall keep his visit activity tracker (such as: Pipedrive account) information up-to-date all time and submit his activities/visits report on monthly-basis or as required

Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus

The job holder has a crucial strategic role in network size growth as key to success for all others business flywheel stops, like suppliers’ network, oils and parts, App. users and flow of market data, and company indirect sales channels

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma or Equivalent in sales and marketing

Minimum Experience

2 years’ experience in Sales

Job-Specific Skills

  • Sales Related Skills:  Persuasive, Aggressive in Sales, Able to deal with stress, patient, persistent.
  • Knowledge of Saudi automobile industry. Knowledge of car features and basic after sales is plus.
  • MS Office
