Responsible in identifying, evaluate and pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals by Managing wholesalers within the designated region and executing the department plans and programs.

Major Activities
1. Manage the most complex, large, or difficult market research or analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
2. Manage, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of business development analyst professionals to ensure that projects are conducted credibly, and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
3. Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organization’s products and services.
4. Attend meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization’s business interests.
5. Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organization and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.
6. Conduct Performance discussion with the subordinates, whenever applicable, according to the standards through open discussion to establish Associate’s development and Performance Awareness
7. Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage business opportunities, for example sales, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, mergers, or acquisitions that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals.
8. Recommend development plans for wholesalers’ sales staff to maintain professional ethics and comply with company policies.
9. Monitor and report market situation in the region by following up with end-user sales and dealers’ special sales deals and orders
10. Conduct Periodically Gemba visit to the respective wholesalers to provide the necessary support once required.
11. Prepare Monthly Report by center within the designated region reflecting the achievement and discuss with the wholesaler to prepare corrective action plans once needed.
12. Follow up with wholesalers within the respective region to submit all the required information periodically (NPS, Data Sharing …etc.).
13. Achieve the designated area target KPI (Jameel Standard Target & Sales NPS Target, ..etc.).
14. Conduct JPP evaluation visits quarterly (within the region) to evaluate the performance of the participated centers within the respective region.
