Purpose of the Job
Follow up and handle the installation functions for the assigned specific portfolio by executing service strategies. Ensure that the accessories team adheres to the company mission, vision, and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures. Responsible for supporting sales teams in the achievement of specific sales goals, directing the sales teams to ensure operational efficiency, and providing the best service experience
Key Accountabilities: Description
Achieve operational targets by defining and preparing business plans to meet operation targets.
Provide efficient service through Guest First mindset and performing essential obligations.
Ensure maintaining optimal inventory not exceed 1.5 months.
Responsible for Delivering the vehicle on time to Center .

Major Activities
Assist to achievement of quality vehicle installation, man-hour sales and increase customer retention through efficient distribution plans for Accessories operations, effective sales marketing campaign and high operation productivity.
Delivers the assigned Accessories team accomplishment through proper manpower distribution, providing skills training and periodic performance evaluation to motivate the Accessories team to achieve peak productivity in a performance-driven learning culture.
Assist assigned Accessories team to achieve pre-determined center operational targets by defining and preparing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the Center Management.
Assists Installer in solving technical installation problems and examination to ensure that the appropriate installation is done.
Ensures highly satisfied Guest by supporting a Guest Centric and Fix-It-Right mindset to the assigned Accessory team to achieve high quality installation activities.
Supervise the assigned Accessories activities to monitor all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication and monitoring.
Coordinates with the Accessories Sales Advisor through proper job assignments, and final inspection of the car to ensure that satisfactory repairs are done as per the customers’ demands.
Monitor the utilization of all the Accessories facilities, tools and equipment to ensure that all areas in the Accessories installation Center are operating in accordance to the policies related to safety, welfare, integrity and branding image of the company.
Monitors the Job Controller in entering correct data (operation number), recording the repairs carried out and updating status of vehicle delivery through supervision of the results of Computerized Time Control Sheets for use in the productivity (man-hour) analyses.
Carries out supervisory functions to the assigned Accessories team like training, workloads assignment and output appraisal, addressing complaints and resolving problems through an effective feedback mechanism as per the pre-determined company procedures to motivate Accessories team members and increasing team’s morale.
Ensure that Monthly stock taking activities are performed as per laid down processes and are completed on specified time.
