Purpose of the Job

The retail accessories installer is responsible for fixing efficiently and with high-quality of accessories products on vehicles for ALJR centers as customers request and within the promised delivery time

Key Accountabilities: Description

Ensure Installer is efficiently performing sold hours during available hours.

Performs Install Accessories as per customer’s request within the promised delivery time.

Fixed accessories efficiently and with high quality

Responsible for monthly target achievement

Major Activities

Check the vehicle and that there are no damages (scratches..etc) before starting to install accessories, installer should not proceed installation and report the incident if damage is founded

Executes daily installing activities by engaging and coordinating plans determined by the specific portfolio management following the standard installing procedures.

The installer must go to the direct manager when happening damage like (scratches.. etc ) in vehicles during the installation of accessories.

The installer must deliver the car to the person in charge of the accessories intact and without any damage after the install accessories

Assist assigned Accessories team to achieve pre-determined center operational targets by defining and preparing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the Center Management.

Solving technical installation problems and examination to ensure that the appropriate installation is done.

Ensures highly satisfied Guests by supporting a Guest Centric and Fix-It-Right mindset to achieve high-quality installation activities.

Monitor the utilization of all the Accessories facilities, tools and equipment to ensure that his room in the Accessories installation Center are operating in accordance to the policies related to safety, welfare, integrity and branding image of the company.

Ensure maintaining optimal inventory by not exceed the high required without affecting the quality of service.

Generally responsible in removing vehicle interior parts if necessary, or otherwise fasten parts and components together to install accessories, assemble and fit accessories to vehicles, position and install parts and sub-assemblies and reinstall vehicle interior parts as required.
