Purpose of the Job
Responsible to perform quality inspection in PIO operation, specifically, in vehicles check installed accessory (function & appearance) that conforms desirable standard i.e. conform accessories at specified check point, are OK for customer use as per designed procedure.

On time perform quality inspection as per desirable standard
Defects data registration
Zero defect pass from inspection stage

Major Activities
Perform quality inspection at designated place as per define procedure, i.e. Final inspection
Timely data Entry in JSAP, for production fulfilment & timely deliveries to customer
Register billing in JSAP against each accessory label
Back job Reporting to supervisor (If vehicle has issue which cannot repair online than they have to report it as back job)
Perform random Inspection
Fulfill Inspection check sheet, as per designed SOP
Perform NVH- Noice vibration & harness Testing

Minimum Qualifications
Technical High School
Minimum Experience
Two years Installation or repair vehicles
