Purpose of the Job

The Greeter is responsible for greeting the guests in a friendly way & making them feel welcomed, he is often the face of the company. Greeters have excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, as well as high levels of patience and professionalism to deal with all types of guests.

Key Accountabilities: Description

Ensure all guests are greeted when they enter the showroom and provide directions & information to customers, so they can find the products or services they are looking for

Full ownership of customer data entry by capturing walk-in guests in the showroom, and keeping track of how many guests are seen throughout the day

Accommodate all guests entering the showroom, resolve any guest issue and communicate customer complaints to sales management

Improve Guests experience by participating in SGAs and collaborating closely with sales team to cultivate Kaizen Culture

Major Activities

Ensure 5S inside showroom (appearance, atmosphere … etc.)

Have a basic understanding of Toyota products to be able to answer simple sales enquiries

Ensure the availability of sales advisors in the showroom throughout the day

Active communication in daily meetings with sales team by discussing CRM report & lost enquiries

Ensure that display vehicles are in good conditions (pricing card, specification, no scratches … etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

High School
