Box 248, Jeddah 21411, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is considered the “data controller” of your personal data under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations.

We have a legitimate business interest in processing your personal data to:

• To collect and analyze personal data related to your job knowledge, skills, and psychometric attributes.
• To use your work history and qualifications to determine the eligibility and fit for the posted vacancies.

2.7 How Long Do We Keep Personal Data?

We will only retain your information in our Internal System in case you are selected for the position you have applied for. Such information will be kept with us in our Internal Systems for a period of 5 years from the termination/expiry of the employment relationship years to ensure comprehensive support and compliance across all business areas.

In case of rejection of your application, we will ensure that your personal data is securely destroyed after its intended purpose has been fulfilled. We will use appropriate methods to ensure that your personal data is irretrievably deleted, making it impossible for it to be viewed or recovered

On the expiry of the applicable data retention periods, we will delete it securely, or in some cases anonymize it.

2.8 Who Do We Share Your Personal Data With?

For the purposes referred to under this Privacy Policy, we share your personal data with processors, acting on our behalf and upon our instructions, providing us with the services necessary for the achievement of the purposes described above, i.e :

• To assess job knowledge and psychometrics and background checks for the job applicants applying for a Managerial position or the above.
• To provide access to our outsourced HR Team.
• To inform the recruitment agency of your selection/shortlisting.

These third parties are only permitted to use your personal data to the extent necessary to enable them to provide their services to us. They are required to follow our instructions and to comply with appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.

We share your personal data with our affiliate companies, for purposes including but not limited to facilitating business operations services and marketing (where you have provided your consent to do so).

(Note: Affiliate refers to any individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other legal entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party to an agreement. For the purposes of this definition, "control" means the ownership of at least fifty percent (50%) of the voting equity, membership, or other ownership interests of such entity, or the ability to otherwise direct its management and policies, whether through ownership, contract, or other means. When we share your personal data with the entities mentioned above, it may imply transfers of your personal data outside KSA, namely to Western Europe.
